Chapter 1: Tournament Reflections

Today was quite an eventful day. It marked the conclusion of my tournament in Edmonton. I had to rise early for my match and then drive everyone back to Calgary afterward.

My brother and I faced off in a doubles match that we unfortunately lost, and I spent the rest of the day watching the final games of the tournament. Around 1 PM, my brother wrapped up his games, and we hit the road back to Calgary.

Due to a late night followed by an early morning, I intended to stop for coffee before our three-hour drive. Having consumed coffee the past two days, I wanted to avoid any caffeine withdrawal during the drive.

However, my plans took a turn when I stopped to refuel. After filling up the tank, I couldn’t spot the Tim Hortons I expected to be near the gas station. Frustrated and unwilling to backtrack, I hit the road without my caffeine fix.

The combination of insufficient sleep and no coffee could have been a disaster. Surprisingly, though, my energy levels remained stable. After a drowsy first 30 minutes, I felt alert for the rest of the journey.

Once home, I was reminded of my recent AG1 (Athletic Greens) shipment and felt immense gratitude for deciding to try it.

Chapter 2: The Decision to Try AG1
