Just a single daily check-in on the scale is sufficient—no need to obsess over it. After your morning bathroom routine, step onto the scale and jot down the number in a calendar or journal. Don’t have those items on hand? It might be time for a quick trip to CVS.
Keeping a record of your weight will not only keep you accountable, but it will also provide a mental anchor when cravings for unhealthy snacks arise. It may seem unconventional, but this habit can be one of the easiest ways to shed those extra pounds.
