Chapter 1: The Almendralejo Incident

In a quiet town in southern Spain, Almendralejo, a shocking event has unfolded, affecting twenty-eight teenage girls aged between 11 and 17. Disturbingly, these girls received explicit images of themselves — images they never took. The original photos were illicitly extracted from their Instagram accounts, manipulated using an AI-based tool to create nude versions, and then circulated among their peers via messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram.

One parent reported that the offenders attempted to extort money from her daughter, while another girl was told by the creator of the images that he had engaged in inappropriate actions with them. Local authorities have launched an investigation, identifying at least eleven boys — some as young as 12 — as participants in the creation and distribution of these explicit images. They suspect that these images may have also made their way to platforms like OnlyFans.
